-Square foot rates -
We charge $.001 per square foot for each job completion.
If your clean-up zone is less than 15,000 square feet, there is a minimum payment of 15 dollars
- Hard terrain -
This includes thick bushes, steep slopes, fenced in areas, dumpsters, bags of trash, and other hard-to-reach areas.
For these areas, we will charge .01 per square foot.
For each Large item like furniture or bags of garbage we will charge .1 per pound.
- packages -
Gone for Good Package: 5 days a week, for 1 month takes 15 percent off all rates for that month
Our rates
Our process
Schedule us: Book an appointment with us through our link in the website, or call our office number, 206-571-5591 to talk with us directly. We are available Tuesday - Saturday, 7 AM- 5 PM.
Quoting your property: On the day we are scheduled to clean we will measure the area first to give an accurate rate. This can also be completed online if you know the specs to your property.
Remove litter: Then we remove every piece of litter, take before and after pictures to show job completion, and take the collected litter away to a local recycling center.
What we do take
Any metal, paper, plastic objects that are small, light weight and scattered around like cigarette buds, plastic bags, used food containers etc.

Big items like furniture or car parts
Human waste
Landscape trimmings like leaves, pinecones, tree needles
